No refunds are accepted for change of mind purchases.

Purchases may be exchanged in-store for a credit note within 7 days of purchase or arrival.

If you wish to request a return or exchange and cannot reach the store in-person please contact us to make arrangements here.

For resizing or alterations these can be arranged with our jewellers again via our contact page.

Pricing will vary subject to the jeweler, the stones used and the age of the peice.
